I was awarded the 2nd Prize for my individual research project within the Data Science Project Club, which was themed around "Medical Image Clustering." My work focused on developing and evaluating unsupervised clustering methods for nuclei segmentation in histopathology images, offering a scalable alternative to supervised techniques. The project involved a deep dive into feature extraction from H&E stained images and a comparative analysis of different clustering algorithms to achieve the most accurate segmentation.
