As a member of the UH Racing Autonomous team, my role was within the Localisation and Mapping module. My initial research focused on exploring advanced SLAM algorithms for vehicle positioning. Due to logistical constraints with sensor data acquisition during our limited vehicle access window, my focus pivoted to supporting the team's immediate needs, including software debugging and system integration. My involvement culminated in presenting a portion of our team's technical architecture at the Formula Student AI competition at Silverstone.
